Returns
We only accept returns if there is a product failure, damage or if you receive the wrong item. Returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged due to misuse or improper handling. LimX may not return all items due to the specialized nature of our products.
Return Process
To return an item, you will need to contact us at shop@limxdynamics.com within 7 days of receiving your item with the carrier-provided tracking as proof of delivery. If contacted after 7 days, returns may still be accepted but may not qualify for a full refund.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, we will provide a return address and instructions. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will notify you of the refund status. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for purchases made on shop.limxdynamics.com.
Our robots come with a 1-year standard warranty from the date of receipt confirmation, covering manufacturing defects. For warranty claims, please contact us at service@limxdynamics.com.
