1. Shipping Areas

We currently deliver to the following countries and territories:
  • United States of America, Canada
  • United Kingdom, Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Poland
  • Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Australia
If your country or region is not listed, please contact shop@limxdynamics.com to confirm availability. Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes or remote island regions.

 

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 30 natural days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise specified. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. In cases of high order volumes, shipments may experience delays by a few days. We recommend allowing additional transit days for delivery. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.


3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

For international orders, LimX Dynamics ships directly from China using carriers such as DHL, UPS, or other international express services, depending on availability and the destination. Delivery times are based on the carriers' standard transit times and may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance processes.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the product type, quantity, weight, and packaging dimensions. The exact shipping charges for your order will be displayed during checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be activated within 72 hours. You can use this number to track your shipment on the courier’s website.


6. Customs and Import Taxes

All international orders are subject to customs clearance and import duties. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and vary by country. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. If these charges are refused upon delivery, the package will be returned to us. Upon receipt, the refund amount will be determined after deducting shipping, return, and any applicable customs or storage fees.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately with your order number and supporting evidence (e.g., photos, videos). We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
